Sree Krishna Play School (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy, especially because we work with young children and their families. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Admission enquiry form: child's name and date of birth, parent/guardian name, phone number, email address (optional), programme of interest, preferred branch/city, and any message you write.
Contact form: your name, phone number, email address (optional) and message.
WhatsApp and email: if you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the details you choose to share.
We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers or photographs of children through this website.
Information about a child is requested only from a parent or guardian and is used solely to respond to the admission enquiry. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to use the forms. We do not track, profile or advertise to children.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Form submissions are stored in a secured database hosted by our service provider, Supabase. Access to enquiries is limited to authorised school staff who sign in to the admin panel. Photos and videos published in the gallery and events sections are uploaded by school staff only.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The staff admin panel uses your browser's session storage only to keep an authorised staff member signed in during a visit; it is cleared when the browser tab is closed.

We share personal information only with staff who need it to respond to you, with service providers who host our systems, or where required by law.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to maintain admission records, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
